1. Declaration of Information

I hereby declare that all the information provided in this application form is true, complete, and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. I understand that if any information is found to be false, incorrect, or misleading at any stage, my admission is liable to be cancelled without any notice.

2. Admission Rules & Regulations

I agree to abide by all the rules and regulations of EGI Degree College as amended from time to time. I understand that the college reserves the right to take disciplinary action against me if I am found violating any rules.

3. Fee Payment & Refund Policy

I understand that the admission fee and other charges paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. I agree to pay the semester/annual fees on time as per the schedule notified by the college.

4. Document Verification

I understand that my admission is provisional subject to the verification of my original documents. I undertake to produce all original certificates/mark sheets for verification at the time of admission or whenever asked by the college authorities.

5. Attendance & Conduct

I am aware that a minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory to be eligible for appearing in the university examinations. I also pledge to maintain good conduct and discipline within the college premises.

6. Anti-Ragging Undertaking

I am aware that ragging is a criminal offense. I solemnly pledge not to indulge in any form of ragging, directly or indirectly. I understand that if I am found guilty of ragging, I am liable for punishment as per the UGC regulations and the law of the land.
